Return Policy

I post artwork via Royal Mail. I ensure that all artwork is securely packaged before sending to you. A quote can be given when size and destination is known. 

If you are local to the New Forest I may prefer to hand deliver the artwork.

All of the artwork is fully insured during delivery. In the unlikely event that a painting is damaged in transit, I must
be contacted immediately. Clients must keep all packaging and contents and make a note of damages on the delivery record to receive compensation. Damaged artwork must be returned to me and I will repair it or paint another 
free of charge.

Privacy Policy

I will never share personal information disclosed by my clients, including their full name, email address, delivery address, telephone number and other personal information, to any third parties.

I ask for a 25% non-refundable deposit upon commission, with the remainder being payable upon delivery. This is to secure my time and resources for the project. I ensure that you are aware of the painting process throughout and approve it. Hopefully this will mean that you will be entirely happy with your finished painting. 

Right of Refusal: In the unlikely event that you do not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, you may refuse to do so. In that case, I will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit. This is free of any claims or interests of yourself and you will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.

Copyright

I retain the copyright to all works commissioned by you and created by myself, including all reproduction rights
and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent
of the Artist. 

When commissioned artwork is complete it is displayed in my online gallery. Clients who do not wish their commissioned artwork to be shown in my gallery must notify me when ordering. I will only use images of commissioned artwork for promotional material, never to reproduce to make profit.
